FEES AND INSURANCE

My fee for 50 minute sessions is $150. 

Payment by cash, check, or credit/debit card can be made at the conclusion of each visit or payment can be made via Secure Client Portal

New Client Forms - After scheduling an appointment I will send an email with a link to a secure Client Portal to complete the necessary forms electronically prior to the first appointment.

While I do not bill insurance companies directly, some will reimburse for my services as an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a statement you may submit. You are responsible to contact your insurance company to verify whether your policy will cover my services, determine your benefit level, deductible, etc.

I have room in my practice for a few reduced-fee clients. If my fee is a hardship for you please discuss a reduced-fee option with me.
